Collect and Update data via E-mail - What signals the update

I cannot get the option to update the existing table from an imported or
linked table.

If I create a new table and put fdata in it I get this option.

If I create a table from an import (create table from a query in another
access database) I only get teh option to insert a new row.

What signals this option. i have a local table with data it was just created
using the import query to table option?

Gary,

You would need to 'run' and update query, this is not part of the import
process.
