Collection Template

I have 30 rental homes and I am looking for a template to track monthly
payments. I would like it to be a one page printable template I can just fill
in the tenants name, phone number and address's. Then it would need to have
12 monthly spaces to track their payments. If it was also a printable
spreadsheet that would be a bonus but not required. I just need a portable
simple tracking method.

You can layout in excel without any problems....Just create a worksheet with
the layout for each property....
