coloborating with project server 2003

I am getting an error server returned an unexpected response,
you do not have permission to view this page or directory due to the access
controll list that is configured for this resource on your web server.
I am lost at this i have tryed every scenario that is in similar posts -
please help.

more information on the i can access that webpage for projectserver with out
any issues.
