Color add on in 2003 Standard

Hello all,
Is someone able to please confirm for me if VISIO 2003
standard has the colour by values functionality? At my place of business we
have recently reinstalled the above program but that particular function is
no longer there. Please confirm I am not going mad and that this function is
available in 2003 standard.

Thanks David. I really did believe that I was able to access this function on
standard, but since a reinstall via the network at work because of a PC
failure, the function is no longer there. I thought that perhaps work had a
modified version, but perhaps I received Pro by mistake originally.
