Color Box In PowerPoint Org Chart

I have a master slide layout that I'm using for a presentation that is simply
org charts over several slides. (I didn't create the master but am using it
from a saved template).

On certain slides I do not have the master slide colors in the box color
choices when I click to edit the org chart. Other slides do have the master
slide colors.

How do I show the appropriate master slide colors in the box color choices
in OrgChart?

Which version of PPT are you using?
