We are in the midst of upgrading our company from OL 2003 to OL 2007. I have
a customer that uses formatting to color code messages from certain people.
In Outlook 2003, go to Tools, Organize, the select Using Colors. Here, you
can set it up so that any email from John Doe is Blue, for example. However,
these settings do not carry over to Outlook 2007 for some reason and I need a
resolution before upgrading him. Any ideas on how to accomplish this?
