Color code incoming messages from several people...

I asked this previously with no solution so I thought I might give it another
try.

I am aware of how to organize with color for a specific sender.

I am wondering if there is a way to apply the same color rule to several
selected contacts, instead of setting the same rule to several people
individually.

If so, I would love a short step by step.

Thanks

I'm pretty sure I answered this before - yes, you can do it. when you
create the autoformatting rule, type the addresses in the From field,
separated by a comma. See
http://www.outlook-tips.net/beginner/autoformat.htm - use the autoformatting
dialog.

Yes,sorry about that, you wrote
"You need to use autoformatting in a view and you can more than one from name
to each rule. The names will be OR'd together."

I was still unclear of what your reply meant and asked for a little more
help. Although, I did try the steps outline here on this link and they are
not working for me. I have followed them step by step. I will keep
searching for a way to get this to work. A sincere thanks for your effort,
though.
