Color Code Key/Legend

Is it possible to create a key for the colors used in a workflow diagram? I'm
trying to use a legend, but it doesn't seem right and I can't seem to change
the colors.

I have a workflow chart that includes many boxes (5 colors though...), I
need to make a key that shows what each of the 5 colors means.

Is this a workflow diagram in Microsoft Access (the subject of this newsgroup)
or in some other software? I suspect you've either posted to the wrong
newsgroup, or there is some entire new aspect to Access which I've not yet
encountered.
