I'm working at a company that uses MS Project 2000, so i'm learing MSP
via trial, error and this wonderful group, and was hoping to get some
help with one view i'm trying to create-
I have imported 15 or so different projects into one master calendar
-the goal is to print a weekly view with all of the tasks for all of
the (easily identifiable) projects visible on one page. In an ideal
world, i would assign a different color to each project, and be able to
see a rainbow of all the tasks on each day of the week. Second best
would be the grouping of tasks clearly labeled by project, yet all
visible in a week.
I've managed to be able to see three of the fifteen projects in a one
week view (though all the same color), but cannot figure out a way to
get ALL of the data visible. i do not want to roll up the bars or do
the vague summaries - i need each and every task to be visible.
Suggestions?
Thanks everyone for sharing knowledge and tips! You have saved me from
unmeasurable hours of frustration!
