I know that there are 10 colors you can use to color appointments and
meetings and can do this manually or rules to do it automatically. However,
I would like to be able to set up a meeting in a certain color and have
everyone's calendar also show that color. Currently, that color shows on
their calendar if I look at it from my computer, but it does not show up on
their calendar when they are on their own computer.
