Color Coding E-mails Problem

I've tried to create a rule whereby e-mails that are sent to me and I am the
ONLY person in the "To" line, are a different color from the rest of the
e-mails. I support a VP and am constantly cc'd in on his e-mails, as well
as receive meeting requests on his behalf. I'm trying to create a situation
where I can see just by looking at the colors, what e-mails are for ME,
versus the ones that are for him. However, despite the fact that I have
checked the "items where I am the only person in the To line" box in the
rules dialogue, it's not working. All of his meeting requests are coming in
the same color as my "to me only" e-mails...and my name's not even in the
"To" line of those e-mails!!!!
