Color coding emails recieved by a single contact

Can someone please help me here in the Outlook version one could organize the emails reciveived by color coding them, however there is no option in Entourage??? Help?????

Assign a category to the contact and give it the color you want. In
Entourage preferences under Entourage in the Menu bar select Address
Book. Check Automatically link....
