Outlook 2003 SP3
I have set up formatting using the "View/Arrange by/Current view/ Customize
current view/automatic formatting" so that certain messages from specific
senders show up in specific colors in my inbox. It works fine until I close
Outlook. When I reopen Outlook most of the color coding is gone. A few
"rules" stay there, but the rest have disappeared. I have even tried going
in to the "rules for this view" and adding additional criteria to certain
"rules". Again these work until I close Outlook. The new criteria are gone
the next time I open it. Is there a limit to how many "rules" you can have
set up in the automatic formatting or how many criteria can be listed for any
specific rule? What am i doing wrong?
