Color Coding or other "obvious"

Can you highlight the title bar of a custom form in a different object with a
trigger (I.E. checkbox) or something. Specifically what I"m looking for, is
to put a check box in the custom form that will cause the form to
reorganize-refile, or some other way make itself stand out among the other
forms in the folder. This could be used, for example, if a form is
"finished" and checking the "finished" box makes the form gray out or
line-through or something.

Thanks!

Sounds like you want to modify the current view to use some automatic formatting rules. Automatic formatting is a feature of the view, not the form.

HAH! Neat! I'm gonna be playing with this on the computers in the office
for the rest of the day...THANKS!

One other (similar) question: On the Outlook bar, if you get a new e-mail,
for example, the folder BOLDS and a # appears next to the folder showing you
you have unread mail. Is it possible to create that effect with new items in
a public folder (so the folder itself bolds on the bar, letting you know
something has been added or modified there?)

Try adding the public folder to Public Folder\Favorites.
