Is there an option to have all e-mails from a specific person highlighted in a specific color to make them easily identifiable within the inbox? I was able to set this in Apple Mail and would love to be able to use this again.

Go to Edit > Categories > Edit Categories, and create categories with the
appropriate colors you want. Then, in the Address Book, select each contact
and assign the category with the color you want. In Entourage Preferences,
there is an option to "Automatically match message categories to senders'
categories"; if you have this checked, then messages from those senders will
have the appropriate category applied and the message will appear in the
color that is assigned to the category.

Thank you ... I followed your instruction which were helpful / clear however when I receive an e-mail from the person that i added the category to (in the address book) it is not the color of the address card (the top of the card in the address book is highlighted with the selected color).

Any other thoughts? It's not a huge issue but i really liked this feature in Apple Mail .. basically the only thing i like about it.

Check your rules (Tools > Rules) and mailing lists (Tools > Mailing List
Manager) to make sure that there are no rules running on the message with
the default "Set Category None" action, because that will clear the category
assigned automatically to the message.

If that doesn't work, try double-clicking the sender in the message window
to open up the sender's contact window. Does the contact appear with the
right color? If not, then the sender had a different e-mail address than
the contact, so you need to add the e-mail address to the appropriate
contact.
