Color coding tasks?

Hi,

I'm sure this has been asked many times before but so far I haven't found
any good information on it but, is there a way to color code tasks? I'm not
just talking about the two options available for completed and over due
tasks, I'm talking about color coding similar to the options available for
color coding calendar items. Using Outlook 2003 with an Exchange backend.

Guess I'm thinking it would be nice to be able to simply change the font for
each individual task or something like that.
