color does not print correctly brother printer

I am using a Brother 240C printer. I have Vista and Microsoft Office
Professional Edition. Several weeks ago the things I print from Word do not
come out in their true colors. I have contacted Brother and went through
their troubleshooting and the problem does not appear to be with their
product. Colors are ok if I print something from the Internet but not from
Microsoft Office. For example, Blues are a variant of grey. I really need to
resolve this since I am using this for my home based business. Thanks
