I have an application in MS Access which is used by several hundred
people. One of its primary purposes is to create color graphs for a
specialized presentation.
Suddenly, in the last month or so, a number of users have started
having a problem that the graphs will only print in black & white.
Other things print in color, including a chart in MS Works. I
originally thought it might have had something to do with XP SP2, but
I've since had a report of a Windows 2000 user with the same problem.
I've checked the printer driver settings, all seems fine. I also sent
one of these users a different MDB file, which just generated one
quickie graph unrelated to my application, and it also printed in
black & white.
I'm using Access 2003, and I'm doing the development on an XP machine.
The database is actually developed in Access 97, and converted to 2000
and 2003, but the test I mentioned in the previous paragraph was a new
file in 2003, so conversion isn't the issue.
Any clues would be appreciated, as I'm at a total loss, and can't find
anything in the newsgroups. Thanks.
