I am using MS Word 2002 to revise a document (created a while back on an
older version of Word, but saved again as a new Word document). Another
person has already typed in her revisions, and the show up as red, underlined
text. When I type in my revisions, I find that my text appears in exactly
the same color as the previous comments. I checked my options as well as
the options on this other person's computer, and we both have the color by
author selected.
In addition, there are two other reviewers whose names appear under "Show
reviewers" on the tracking pane, who have different colors assigned to them,
but they have not yet revised the document.
How do I delete these reviewers who haven't revised the document (and will
not do so), and claim a color for myself so that my comments can be distinct
from those of the previous reviewer?
