color message when I am cc:d

My boss wants to change the color of the email when she is cc:d. We found
how to color the flas -- but can't seem to color the whole message.

It almost sounds like you are describing the automatic formatting that can
be done on a view. Assuming that you are using Outlook 2002/2003, select
View > Arrange By > Current View > Define Views > Highlight Messages >
Modify button > automatic formatting button. Select Add to add a new format
type. Set the font/color type. Select the condition button. Check the box
for "Where I am:" and then change the dropdown just to the right for the cc
condition. Ok out and apply the new view.
