color of ON

In office and excel there is an option to change the color of the program.
Black, blue and silver....
When it is applied inside word, it is automatically applied to excell too.
Why ON does not change its color?
Is this a bug?

I use vista and office 2007

OneNote did not get the same API that Word and Excel and PP and Outlook 2007
got, therefore changing the colors will not affect OneNote. Baby Blue is
all you get..its not a bug.

Do u have any knowledge if the API, I mean the ribbon, will be applied to ON
too?

I've read things stating it probably will with the next release, but we
shall see. They are all rumors at this point.
