color of pages in sidebar?

Hi,
is there a way to change the color of the little tab that represents
a page in the night column? I found the option to change color of
section + notebook, or change color of page background, but I'd
really like to set some of these little tabs in a color that catches
the eye/ marking them as important' or 'different' at first
sight....thanks!

sorry for the typo -i meant the 'right column'

I don't believe so. The Page tabs will retain the same color setting as
the Section tab in which they are contained.
