My Microtek C600 scanner had no mistake when it worked under windows2000
(sp4) and office 2002.
After the system has upgraded to windows xp (sp2) and office 2003,the color
of the files get from office document imaging is only correct in the office
document imaging and msoffice picture manager,if the file is openned with
other software (acdsee5.0),the color has changed.
The setting of scanner is same with before.
What's wrong with my system?

Check for printer and scanner driver updates.

This is the Office group and the color is correct in Office, yes? You
should ask a group for acdsee5.0 software what the problem is!

But ACDSee can open any picture files in corret color, except .tiff files
from office2003.
So I think that the office has a problem.

Can't say. You do know that "tif" defines a very large number of actual
file formats. Now the question is, "Do the tif files created in acdsee
look correct in Office?" If yes then the problem may be that the tif
files Office creates are "misread" by acdsee.
