Color of unfocused selection in mail window

Hi,

How do I change the color of the unfocused selected line in the mail window?
The focused line is dark blue but when the focus is on another window the
color of the selected line blends with the background and it is hard to see
what message I read last. I hope this is not confusing...

This became a problem as I migrated office 2003 from XP to Vista (x64 SP1).
