Color Outgoing Mail

I have been able to turn my outgoing mail colors so that when they arrive to
the receipent they are RED; however, I would like to be able to color them
green, etc. How do I do that? So when the email comes into my intended
receipient, it is colored for attention. When I have done it in red, I back
date my follow-up and it appears red with my receipient gets my mail... can I
color it differently?

You cannot control how the recipient sees them, not even to color them red.
If they appear read on the recipient's system, it is not you that caused it,
but they, by a setting they have chosen.
