I
info
We have Office 2007 and an Epson CX11NF printer.
All of the orange colors (regardless of shade) in the Word document looks
right on the monitor (and we do have a true 32-bit monitor), but when the
orange document prints out on the Epson, it's an ugly golden-rod yellow color
instead.
And yes, we have already changed out all of the Epson's toners several
times, have a new photoconductor unit for the Epson, turned on & off the
Epson and let it recalibrate, cleaned the Epson inside and out, and we've
downloaded all Epson print drivers to date. None of these actions solve the
problem.
Epson insists its a color sync problem with Word. Microsoft insists its a
problem with the printer. This is the only software program where the problem
seems to be happening, however, so it HAS to be something to do with
Microsoft's Office 2007, logically.
Has anyone else run into this problem & if so, are there any solutions? HELP!
