Color schemes in Office 2007

I was hoping for a little UI stuff in SP1 for Office 2007, but there was
nothing. Some MVPs were saying that there might be additional color schemes
(beyond the 3 original ones) and maybe a bit more customizing options, but
again, ther was nothing. Are users really going to be stuck with Office 2007
the way it is? I know there are a few 3rd party utilities to change the
toolbar, but nothing so far in the way of color changes.
