Color separation problems

I am running Publisher 2002. I have not had a problem converting the
file to Process Colors, but when I print to a commercial printer, I
get this error:

SCRIPTWORKS CHANNEL (PRESSTEK TEST) NOT RUNNING

ERROR WRITING TO PRESSTEK TEST FOR DOCUMENTATION PUBLICATION I. THE
SPECIFIED RESOURCE TYPE CANNOT BE FOUND IN THE IMAGE FILE.

I don't believe this is a problem with the printer, as it has no
trouble with other files created from Illustrator, Pagemaker, etc.,
only Publisher.

Can anyone shed any light on this error message?
