Color Theme Change for Office 2003?? =(

I love the blue theme for office, but I have to change my Start bar
appearance to XP style to see it, but I have xp media centre 2005 and all
office applications are therefore GREY color, I dont wanna use xp style to
see blue I wanna use my XP MCE media centre start bar appearance... how can I
do this??
