COLOR THEMES

I'm creating a template for a group to use, and they want me to come up with some new color themes for them. If I am working in a template, and create a series of new custom color themes, then email them the template, will they have access to the color themes i created? Are they embedded in the template?

Your custom color themes are embedded in the template. However, the color
theme files are in User: Library: Application Support: Microsoft: Office:
User Templates: My Themes: Theme Colors on your local machine so others
cannot see those in the Color theme dropdown in Documents Theme panel in
Formatting Palette. You can grab your custom color themes in that directory
and send them out to your group. When others store those color theme files
in the same directory as you have, they will see your color themes in their
Color theme dropdown in Formatting Palette. Hope this helps.
