Colored Tabs

I have my tab controls working but the boss wants me to make the tabs
consistent with the company colors. I can only see the normal and transparent
controls but I need it to be 13882323 color. Any help would be appreciated?

Create a color bitmap in MS-Paint. Use contrasting test within Paint for the
labels. Place the bitmaps on the tabs.
