Colored texts & graphics printing in grey (photos print in color)

Printing an MS Word document that contains black & colored text, as well as
colored photos & graphics. Photo prints in brilliant color, all other colored
text & graphics print in shades of black/grey. No one else on network
experiencing this problem. Explored all printer settings; no joy. Help.
