coloring pages in Draft view Windows2007

Is there any way to color the pages in Draft view for Windows 2007, like you
can do in print layout view?

To change the color in Draft View, click on the "Page Layout" tab and click
the down arrow button next to "Page color" under "Page Background" section.
Next, select the color and click on it to color the pages in draft view.
