The only way I find to colorize an individual message in a mailbox
listing (Table of Contents, whatever), is to autocolorize using the
feature on the Tools, Organize menu. And the only filters are on the
From: and To: data fields, it seems.
In Eudora, one can colorize any message entry in the TOC "manually" by
right-clicking on the message and selecting one of eight (?) labels
manually (each label applying a different color). Is there anything
like this in Outlook. Colorization is a lot more "attention-getting"
that the "flag for follow up" that Outlook has.
Thanks,
