Colors in datasheet view

I want to add colors to datasheet view, i.e. i want to have columns with
different backgound colors.

I have found one solution to add colors to datasheet view, but i don't like
it - it takes long to load the form. My solution is - add conditional
formating to control and condition "Expression is True", so it always
displays the column with backgound i set.

Any other ideas?

Is it possible in ACC2002 to change style (text color, background color) of
cell in datasheet view WITHOUT conditional formating and not using third
party tools?
