colors in text

Processor: Power PC

I had opened a document in Word 2008 that was created in Word v.X. The document had been reviewed by others and included blue and red text from their comments. However, I can't get rid of those colors to print a clean copy. I've gone to the track changes menu to "accept" changes but am told there are none. Any help would be appreciated.

Are they not tracked changes, or is the document protected?

If they are "not" tracked changes, then the colour has been applied using a
font colour, and needs to be removed using Format>Font...

If the document is "Protected" you will see "Unprotect document" on the
Tools menu. Click it to remove the document protection.

Cheers
