Colors Missing

On one workstation only, when we create smart art, or a colored graphic then
go to print preview all colors disappear. They will still print alright.

It has me baffled. I am unsure if it is a setting in Word, though I don't
see how, or a hardware (video card, memory) issue.

Please let me know your thoughts.
