Colour background printing problem

Having some problems with the colour background not printing on an InfoPath
2007 form. Print colour background option is on in the form, IE7 print colour
background is also on. Prints colour with some domain accounts but not with
others, just comes out white regardless of the printer used, shows white in
the print preview as well.

Any ideas?

Background color printing for InfoPath is an Internet Explorer option
(that's where you change it). So if it's happening for some users and not
others it is because of personal preference settings per user.

If the same user is experiencing different behavior across different
domains, then I'm not sure what might be the problem.
