Colour by value

Hello there.
Is it possible to run the colour by value in an ORG chart with many pages
and for the colour to be reflected in every page? At present I set up a dummy
page with all employess levels, 1 2 3 4 etc ( copied from the org chart that
has been created via Excel) I then run the Addon on that page to choose my
colours, and then I copy and paste the legend on every page! Time consuming
but I have yet to work out how to reflect the colours on all pages.
I have tried to set up a background page with the legend already in place
but my shapes remain colourless after being created. Thank you.

well you might consider trying to use visio's macro recorder to make a macro
out of it.
