Colour Printing in Visio Pro 2003

Hi,

I am trying to print in Colour from Visio Pro 2003.

I have a working colour printer installed but when I go to Print Preview it
displays my darwing in grayscale and only prints in Black & White.

Does anyone know how I can get a Colour view in Print Preview and a colour
print out please?

This should be controlled by the printer properties, not Visio itself. When
you select the printer, go into it's properties or setup and see if there's
an option selected for printing grey scale or colors as black and white.

Is the colour printer the default printer?
If I set my printer to my B&W laser then the print preview is
greyscale, setting to a colour printer or PDF export sets the colour
display again.
