Coloured text in HTML email replies

I sometimes like to be able to reply to a message by inserting comments into
the body of the message text.

I'd like my comments to be a different colour from the original text.

Is there a way, in Entourage 2008, when replying to messages with HTML
turned ON, to accomplish this?

If you choose to ignore Diane & JR's advice and do it in HTML, you can use
the text color button to choose a different color for your text. Put the
cursor where you want to add text, select a color from the drop-down list,
and type. The next time you want to add text to the same message, you just
have to press the text button; it will automatically choose the same color
you chose before.
