Colours attributed in “Calendarâ€

Hugo

Hi

Where can I change the colours and names given for appointments, such as the “Show time as†and “Labelâ€

I am asking this because I would like to allocate one of them for meetings per client (each of them with one colour) and the second one for attendees

In case anyone has a better idea to do so, it would be very welcome

Regards
Hug

You cannot change the "show time as" colors but if you right click on an
appointment in the calendar, select Label, and then "Edit Labels" you can
change the narrative. You cannot, however, add more colors.

Have you found a way to edit the color palette in Outlook XP? I would like to add more colors for additional people

The label colors cannot be modified or their number expanded.
