Colours

I would really appreciate some help with colours. I have found a great
scheme, but I don't know how to 'translate' f.i. #0066CC into something that
Pub. 2000 understands.

Thank you very much Mary, pixie is 'the bees knees'! I have now also learned
that there are web safe colours - not as exciting, as it rather changes the
colour scheme.
