Hi,

I have designed the database but what I want is colours
attributing to certain data entered. ie, when a certain
code is entered I want the box to be given a colour, if
1 is entered I want the 1 to be desplayed but the box to
go blue, red if the code 2 is entered etc.

You should display and edit all data in forms. This allows you to set
various format attributes using conditional formatting.
