column chart on 2 axis

How do I create a column chart on 2 axis? I can use the Line - Column on 2
axis chart option, but when I try to convert the line to a second column it
stacks the two columns. I want to show 2 columns, one on the x axis and one
on the y axis. Trying to do this in Excel, but ultimately want to do it in
Power Point as well.

What exactly are you trying to show with this graph? Could you give some
more detail?

Create a column chart with the data that you have.
For the data that you want as a "Bar Chart", select that data series and
change the chart type to Bar.

That should get you part of the way.
