Column chart with different column widths

I am trying to create a chart where the (y) vertical axis is one metric (%)
and the (x) horizontal axis is also scaled as a %... In other words I would
like each column to be a different height and width...

I really appreciate any help you can offer... I am a student in finals and
need to submit a paper by Thursday (5/14) night...
