column headers in reports

why does Access make this so complicated?

i have a 2-column report - i have made it 2 columns for space reasons.

how do i get the same "column headers" (or whatever access calls them)
to appear at the top of each column?

Could we not just create two Labels one for ColumnA and one for ColumnB and
stick them above their respective columns in the report design view under the
section "Report Header" ?

If not, I need more detail on this,
hope that helps anyways.
