column headings

I'm having trouble setting up a table in Excel so that I
can have the column headings print at the top of
subsequent pages for ease of use. I tried using Help and
page setup with no success. I know it can be done, but I
can't find the magic steps.

Try File|Page Setup|Sheet Tab
Click inside the "rows to repeat at top" box
and then point at the rows you want to repeat.
