Column/Row headings gone!

Help! Something's wrong with my excel template. The rows &
column headings are all the same! That is they're 1, 2,
3, etc.

This makes entering functions into cells impossible
because the cell location is gone too!

Can anyone help with this issue. Not sure why this has
happened.

Go to tools, options, general and de-select the R1C1 style button under
the settings category.
