Column widths

I am having trouble in printing the correct column width in the task names
section
It appears correctly on my screen but prints at double the width so that the
result is a lot of blank space in the task names column and the gant chart is
squuzed to the right

Hi,

I always use View, More Views to create a copy of the Gantt Chart called
Gantt Chart - Print.

I then format this to look good on paper when printed, but always use the
other views to work in. That way I have one View that is always setup up
just right for printing.

If the View looks good in Print Preview but not on paper then you may well
have a printer driver problem Get your IT people to check for a newer driver
from the printer manufacturer's site.
